Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) following our Returns and Exchanges Policy by denying receiving of products and it gets refunded .

Refund Policy:

• Refunds for canceled orders or returned items will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your request.
• It may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return and Exchange Policy:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• To return or exchange an item, please send request email to  mocho.emart@gmail.com with subject as "Return\Cancellation <OrderNo>".
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges where it is obvious that the item(s) have been worn, washed, or soiled.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.
